UPDATE 10/28/2024: A site visit for this pre-solicitation will be held November 13th and 14th prospective offerors should meet at Mormon Lake Work Center 4373 Lake Mary Rd. Flagstaff, AZ 86001 at 0900 MST. There will be an introductory meeting at this location but will transition to the field following, please plan accordingly to be out in the field for the majority of the day.
