The Government intends to procure these products in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, as applicable. The Government plans to award one Firm, Fixed-Price Requirements-Type contract for a five-year period, resulting from the solicitation, to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.
