Synopsis

The Federal Highway Administration intends to solicit a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for developing pedestrian realistic artificial datasets as a full and open competition.The Federal Highway Administration’s Office of Safety and Operations Research and Development is seeking ways (including potential artificial Intelligence’s role) to develop realistic artificial datasets of pedestrian volumes (counts) for various roadway types to be useful for developing crash modification factors and planning pedestrian facility.

It is anticipated that this solicitation will be released 15 days after posting of this synopsis and will be available for vendors to propose for 45 days. A specific due date and time and further instructions will be provided with the solicitiation.
