1. Performance and Payment Bonds: Could you confirm the exact timeline for submitting these after the contract award? – 5 days from contract award.
2. DBIDS Pre-enrollment: Are subcontractors required to complete individual DBIDS registrations, or can they be registered under the prime contractor? – no, every individual requires DBIDS enrollment.
3. Bid Guarantee: Are there any alternative forms of bid guarantee acceptable beyond the 20% bid price cap?—no
4. Work Hour Extensions: The solicitation notes 7 AM - 5 PM work hours—is there a process for requesting extended work hours if necessary? -- yes, .... Read More
