Intent to Award Sole Source: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS, or the Government) intends to award on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed-price (FFP) award to the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs, Inc. (NCPDP), 9240 E. Raintree Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 for a project entitled "DataQ and ResQ Database Subscriptions Renewal".
