Data at Rest (DAR)- 400 Obsolescence Resolution

This contract action was not awarded competitively and was awarded as a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee contract. Northrop Grumman (NG) is the only vendor capable of performing DaR-400 Obsolescence Resolution due to the agency's urgent need. NG is the only contractor capable of meeting the requirement without a duplication of effort and cost. NG was identified as the only awardee for a sole source award.
