The USDA AMS Cotton and Tobacco (C&T) intends to solicit proposals for a 10 year IDIQ contract for the procurement of Cotton Testing Instruments (CTIs). CTI is interchangable with High Volume Instruments (HVI). The Resulting Contract must include a full commercial 1 year warranty and provide for all service maintenance. This is a pre-solicitation notice and not the full Request for Proposal (RFP). USDA AMS anticipates that the full RFP solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov on or before December 31, 2024.
