The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy - FESBB is planning to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Contractor-Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) fuel storage services in Frederikshavn or Skagen, Denmark, or in a vicinity outside the Danish straits.
