Construction Security Monitoring Services - Pre-Solicitation

Synopsis: The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations, Directorate of Program Development, Coordination and Support, Office of Special Projects Coordination (SPC) is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of a Construction Security Monitoring Program (CSMP) at select overseas diplomatic facilities. 

OBO/PDCS/SPC requires construction security monitoring services at select overseas Department of State construction sites and storage areas managed by OBO’s Office of Special Projects Coordination.
