UPDATED 30 OCTOBER 2024:  Amendment 0005 has been issued to release the final round of Q&As and administrative changes to Sections L and M.  All documents have been uploaded to the PIEE solicitation listing.  The proposal due date remains 07 November 2024. Offerors are advised that all final versions of documents are the documents of record.

UPDATED 23 OCTOBER 2024:  Issuance of Amendment 0004 is delayed but anticipated by 24 October 2024 to extend the proposal due date to 07 November 2024.  The proposal due date on PIEE will align with SAM.gov once Amendment 0004 has been released.  An additional amendment addressing all questions received since the last release of Q&A will be released at a later date. The Government will not be accepting any further questions for this requirement.  Proposals are not due 24 October 2025.
