This presolicitation notice is being issued for information purposes ONLY and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP/Request for Quote (RFQ) or as an obligation on the part of the requestor to acquire any products or services. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses are for information only and shall not be used as an offer or proposal.  A written solicitation will be issued tentatively the week of 09 December 2024.

The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) intends to procure Civilian Drug Free Workplace and MRO Support Services for the Office of Drug Demand Reduction (ODDR). The Government anticipates awarding a hybrid contract that consist of Firm-Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for this requirement with a 9 month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods.
