CHEMDOODLE LICENSE OR EQUAL

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) needs an FDA Chemdoodle site license or equal for a chemical drawing tool for all FDA users in the FDA domain.  This is a combined/synopsis solicitation issued under FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside procurement. The NAICS code is 813920. The small business size standard is $25.5 or $14 in millions of dollars.  The Government is in no way obligated to make an award, nor to pay any costs incurred by the Contractor in preparing and submitting its quote.
