The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to:

1. provide the updated description to the Musician CLINs, from the latest PWS (dated 10 OCT 24) implementation

2. provide the updated quantity to the Musician CLINs, from the latest PWS (dated 10 OCT 24) implementation

3. extend response due dates through Thursday, 14 November at 3:00pm CST

4. The Full solicitation is being reposted in consideration for the amount of updates.**

The Contractor is responsible for the administrative support, logistical support, and overall management required for all Chapel Support Services contracted positions: Protestant Religious Education Coordinator, Catholic Religious Education Coordinator, Protestant Musician, Catholic Musician, and Chapel Administrative Assistant.

**The solicitation has an Amendment 4, which implements a revised PWS (dated 10 OCT 2024); both of which are now added into the attachments list. The submission of quotes due date has been extended through 05 NOV 2024.**
