b. Incorporates the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) via Attachment 2. The PWS was revised in Section 4, incorporating the following statement at the final sentence: “The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with any specific commercial or other licensing requirements necessary to conduct business in countries within the AOR.”
