Introduction.  The Washington Office PPS Job Corps Support Branch has a requirement for a contractor to provide cleaning services for two potable water storage tanks located at the Cass Job Corps Center. The Government is looking to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract to a single contractor who offers the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
