DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Construction contract for the Camp Arifjan Microgrid at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.  This project is to install a grid tie from Zone 4 Power Plant (PP) with an underground feeder electric cable conductor feed from Zone 4 Power Plant to Theater Intelligence Platform-Central (TIP-C) then continuing to Main Communications Facility (MCF) Signal Compound to power critical facilities.
