Cameroonian Ship Registry and Digitization

This is a combined synopsis & solicitation for a ship registry management solution to digitize an existing paper-based ship registry and provide a modular, scalable, and secure platform, into one centralized ship registry database.

Questions regarding the solicitation are due no later than 9/20/2024 10:00 AM EDT.

Proposals due date & time is EXTENDED to 10/31/2024 10:00 AM EDT as notated in Amendment 0001.  Revision and further clarification to the Government responses to the solicitation questions have been provided in a PDF file titled "Cameroonian Ship Registry and Digitization (19AQMM24R0234) - Q-A NDF Response (1)".
