Bldg 514 Re-insulate process water piping

Amendment 0001  - This amendment is to provide answers to preproposal inquiries, incorporate wage determination WA20240109 mod 3, update Statement of Work, and add the COR Clause.

Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport requests proposals in response to this solicitation for re-insulating process water pipes in building 514. The project will require the contractor to remove remaining pipe insulation and heating cables on process water pipes on roof from dog house to building entry point. Replace pipe heating cables.
