UPDATE NO. 02 This notice constitutes UPDATE NO. 02 to the combined synopsis/solicitation for BPA Metallic Materials 80LARC25AQ001. The purpose of this update is to change the NAICS from 331314 to 331315. The SBA has issued a waiver to the Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) under FAR 19.505(c)(4)(A) for NAICS 331315.
