The Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden (RCO-W) intends to solicit and competitively award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Between Occupancy Maintenance (BOM) of Military Family Housing located on Lucius D. Clay Kaserne and around Wiesbaden, Germany. The IDIQ contract will consist of a five (5) one year Ordering Periods for a total Ordering Period of 60 months.
