Baseline Software Systems Engineering MGMT for Global Reconstruction and Measurement system (GRAMS)

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source delivery order to Maritime Surveillance Associates (MSA), under the terms of a Basic Ordering Agreement to perform baseline systems engineering management studies, provide technical support for the design & development of hardware and software updates, and provide improvements-to the Global Reconstruction and Measurement Suite (GRAMS).
