The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a firm fixed-price construction contract for:

Completing necessary repairs for five (5) Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) Fuel Stations, various Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST) and Underground Storage Tanks (UST) to resume full operational capability, bring all stations into compliance with Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) and achieve compliance with an MDE 3rd party inspection.
