This is a Brand Name requirement for a Caterpillar Standby Generator. The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX intends to issue a solicitation for a Standy Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch in building 334, the Western Winds Dining Facility.
