This is a Request for Proposal for a dorm renovation at building 2621 is a new construction requirement for Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), New Jersey. The work includes work for 62 bedrooms and 24,530 sq ft of demolition, construction, renovation, and incidental related work and will consist of areas that are typical of living spaces for dormitories.
