Award Notice - EPA Stalled LUST Case Initiative Support

A WOSB sole-source contract was awarded on November 20th, 2024. The contract is designated to provide support necessary for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 9 and the state of California to manage the Stalled Leaking Underground Storage Tank Case Initiative.  Case management will include helping to define impediments to the investigation and remediation of stalled cases, propose and implement solutions to those impediments, communicate potential solutions with EPA and State of California regulators, and targeted support to stalled cases in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. The period of performance for this award is twelve (12) months.
