Amendment 0006 is uploaded to SAM.gov. There are no matieral changes. Due to major updates to the contract writing system Amendment 0005 had FAR clauses and RFP sections that would not print on the Standard Form. Amendment 0006 corrects these issues. 

Questions and Answers - all questions with answer in response to Amendment 0005 are posted. The price template is posted - the single only change is the word "rental" was changed to "lease". The typo in the closing date and the time in block 14 of the SF30 is updated to match section L.1.3.

Due to a pre-award protest the government is re-opening the solicitation to take corrective action. Please note the following documents have been changed:

Attachment J-8 PPQ
