The Air National Guard (ANG) NGB/A3/10 Directorate requires Air Traffic Control Services, Weather
Reporting, and Air Traffic Control (ATC) and Landing Systems Maintenance Services Air Traffic Control
Operations, Management and Administrative services for Ellington Field, Texas, Eastern WV Regional Airport,
West Virginia, Quonset State Airport, Rhode Island, Rickenbacker International Airport, Ohio. The Contractor
shall provide Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATCALS) Maintenance at Ellington Field, Houston,
Texas, Gabreski Airport, Westhampton Beach, NY, Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport, Martinsburg, West

The Contractor shall provide all personnel necessary to perform all services required of this contract, starting on day one and lasting through the entirety of the contract. This includes contractor personnel providing technical support as Site Managers, Air Traffic Controllers, Administration, and ATCALS Maintenance Lead Technician (where applicable) and Weather Observing/Weather Augmentation (where applicable). This includes meeting all site minimum-manning requirements.
