Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to issue a new delivery order to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) to modify the AN/APR-39D(V)2 for which NGSC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
