This request for quotes is for a Contractor to purchase and deliver, including unloading, bedding stone in accordance with the requirements listed in the Scope of Work. All materials shall be delivered to a dock furnished by the government at the Kinder Morgan facility in Ashtabula, OH. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and services required.
