The solicitation number is W519TC-25-R-VANT.

The Government has an approved Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition and is only seeking a proposal from Palantir USG, Inc., (Palantir).

Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), Project Manager Army Data and Analytics Platforms (PM ARDAP),Product Manager Army Data Platform (PdM ADP) has a requirement for the continuation of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model of Army Vantage software developed by Palantir to meet Government's requirements.

This is a sole source effort, the Government is not looking for submission of proposals. Army Vantage Follow-on: Provide software, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform continued product support of Army Vantage as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
