The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,144 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 1991 Massachusetts Avenue,Cambridge, MA 02140. The space must have a secondary egress.  Must use Government Lease.
