The Armed Forces Retirement Home (“AFRH”), an independent agency of the executive branch, is pleased to issue this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for the renovation and long-term operation, maintenance, and management of its historic 9-hole golf course, driving range, and related facilities located on its campus in Washington, DC (“AFRH-W”).
