Armed Forces Recruiting Center, Norfolk, VA

The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 5,500  usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of  5900 Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA.  The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately fourteen (14) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  Must use Government Lease.
