The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 4,700 usable square feet of retail space located at Virginia Beach, VA and within the radii shown below:

Northern Boundary:
Highway 144

Eastern Boundary:
Highway 295
 

Southern Boundary:
Highway 460
 

Western Boundary:
Highway 301
