Armed Forces Career Center-Stroudsburg-PA

The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 4800  usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of  105 Terrace Dr., Stroudsburg, PA 18360.  The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately fourteen (14) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  Must use Government Lease.
