ARMED FORCES CAREER CENTER SOUTH HADLEY

The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3,000 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 485 Newton Street, South Hadley, MA 01075. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 15 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  Must use Government Lease.
