ARMED FORCES CAREER CENTER - ROSLINDALE - MA

The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,860 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 4640 Washington Street, Roslindale, MA 02131. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 4 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  Must use Government Lease.
