The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,850 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1-mile radius of 7700C Crittenden St., Philadelphia, PA 19118. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately six (6) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
