ARMED FORCES CAREER CENTER MIDDLETOWN CT

The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2,600 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 170 Main Street, Middletown, CT 06457. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 12 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  Must use Government Lease.
