The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3,600 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 1525 South Willow Street, Manchester, NH 03103. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 15 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
