The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3,200 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of Manchester Parkade, 398 & 400 Middle Turnpike West, Manchester, CT 06040. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 14 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
