Armed Forces Career Center-Manassas-VA

The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3240 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of 8415 Sudley Avenue, Manassas, VA 20109.  The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately thirteen (13) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  Must use Government Lease.
