Under authority of FAR 6.302-1 "only one responsible source", this firm fixed price contract is being awarded without competition. The awardee is the Designer of Record (DOR) for the original design of Arlington National Cemetery Southern Expansion (ANCSE). HNTB will not perform work for any other project or program under this specific contract action. Additionally, this award notice provides a copy of the redacted Justification and Approval document.
