Synopsis

The Spokane VA Medical center requires the procurement and on-site installation of QTY-eight (8) anti-barricade doors for the psychiatric department. This is a new requirement to procure and install eight (8) anti-barricade doors, and provide alarm recertification upon completion to support the inpatient Acute Mental Healthcare at Mann-Grandstaff VAMC, WA. 

This is notice of a total small business set-aside for a NRM construction requirement. One onsite site-visit is scheduled on 02/04/2025 for interested parties. See See attached document: Attachment C - Site Visit Letter of Instruction for scheduling requirements. 

Questions regarding this RFP are due on or before 12:00 PDT, on 02/13/2025, and will be accepted by email only at derek.crockett@va.gov. 

Proposals must be submitted no later than 1200PM PDT on February 24, 2025, to derek.crockett@va.gov by email only.
