AN/SQQ-89 Surface Ship Undersea Warfare Combat Systems (USWCS) Software Builds

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source contract to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) of Manassas, Virginia using other than full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204 (c)(1) and as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. 

The contemplated contract is anticipated to cover FY25-FY29 software development of AN/SQQ-89 systems, to include one base year and four option years.
