The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO  23), St. Paul, Minnesota is soliciting proposals from Nursing Homes for the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System to provide community nursing home services under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQs).
