PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE

The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) is distributing a pre-solicitation notice for Air Evacuation Aviation Planning and Operational Ground Support Services. Contractor managed multi-functional air operational support resources and capabilities as needed in support of Federal assistance for a national event. The period of performance is anticipated to be a 1- year base with 4 (1-year options). The government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and award hybrid FFP & T&M IDIQ’s contract to the responsible vendor(s) whose proposal is the most advantageous to the government.
