This is a Presolicitation Notice of a proposed contract action in accordance with FAR 5.201. The United States Air Force Life Cycle Management Center intends to award a sole source contract to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems for Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Air Commando Training Support II (ACTS II).
