The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2800 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of 14029 Crossing Place, Woodbridge, VA 22192.  The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately six (6) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  Must use Government Lease.
