Synopsis

Purpose: This notice is to synopsize the requirement for Apache AH-64 Transition Training Support to the U.S. Government (USG) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.204. The Army Contracting Command – Orlando (ACC-ORL) plans to issue a solicitation on behalf of PEO STRI and Program Management Office Apache for the Apache Transition Training Support (ATTS) single-source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract aims to qualify and train operators, maintainers, Maintenance Test Pilots (MTPs), support personnel, and other authorized individuals to effectively transition operations to the AH-64E V6 (and any subsequent AH-64 versions).
